11. Review of Health and Safety Plans

This form is to be used by the Principal or Consultants when reviewing the elements of the Health and Safety Plan prepared by the Contractor.

The Contractor should provide documentation referenced in the Health and Safety Plan at the time of assessment. Not all elements of the Health and Safety Plan may be required for a contract and this would need to be determined by the Principal in conjunction with the Contractor. Where the Project Health and Safety Plan does not satisfy the requirements of the Principal the Contractor shall be notified and the appropriate modifications should be made to the Plan.
