2. Minutes of Meetings

Minutes of meetings should be taken and distributed to all members.

The responsible party for minute taking should be nominated at the commencement of the first meeting and would generally be the Project Manager or Principal Consultant unless otherwise agreed.

Minutes of the meetings should be distributed within a week of the meeting and should also be included in the following month’s report.
