The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the preparation of capital and recurrent estimates. This will be carried out in accordance with the Victorian Government processes as set out on the DTF site for Business Case and Gateway requirements. The Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for the generation of a consolidated report, coordinate all the estimated capital and recurrent costs including engineering infrastructure and make clear the life cycle analysis of the project for supporting the DHS final submission to ERC to project funding.
The Discount Rate, escalation rate and other relevant information, is to be confirmed with the CMB Project Manager at the time of preparation, generally by October of the year prior to the budget bid.
